The building definitely has a creepy vibe to it. Even though they lean into the action more than the horror of AW, it's unsettling
 
AC Valhalla def gets better, but I still don't like it as an Assassin's Creed. It's a fine (not great) open world action/adventure game.

Still at this stage my least favourite game in the series.

Also, finished Arkham Knight this weekend.

Wait till you get to the end... will kill the series for you in 10 seconds flat.

They should have left the modern day crap out of the series.

Personally I like the modern day stuff... but only in the older games when it was all about Desmond/Abstergo. The modern sections in the last few games have all been terrible and clunky.

So far only had one useless and pointless modern-day section in Valhalla.

Sorry, said I'm finished but then realized I still have to do the dlc episodes.

They are very short but really, really bad. Terrible even. Hate pointless dlc time-wasters like these. Let CDPR teach everyone how to make proper DLCs
 
Finished Gedonia recently. Don't recommend. Writing is awful and animations terrible. Three fingered people yuck.

Trying out Crimson Desert for, uh...no reason at all that may have happened recently...

God...what a refreshing game... Plays well, looks good, world feels lived in....it's actually fun. Truly in awe.

Once again an Asian developer doing what US/EU devs used to be able to do.

The IGN review gave it a 6/10 because of a lot of glitches (like actually mounting a dragon successfully without falling off all the time, etc.).

Have they fixed those sorts of things?

Seems fine to me. There hasn't been anything game breaking or anything that's stood out. I'm pretty early though. Haven't even seen a dragon yet.
 
Just finished AC Black flag resynced. Never played the original but man I am so glad I got to experience this game, and I managed to get it done in a month, so it only cost me R200.

On to Crimson Desert, played about an hour, will take some time to get used to the mechanics but I can see myself just diving in for the next month or two until GTA6 rolls around
 
Fired up Skyrim again after many years.
With the other more recent games I've played, the controls are clunky and a bit dumb

Haven't tried Skyrim mods but saw this mentioned in a youtube video and added it to my list of games I want to try but may never get to :laugh:

Wait till the bugs where you can't finish missions, even after remasters and such those same bugs still exist.
