Yip, It was never in a good state. Many things were never completed properly so it never had its moment to be shiny and new.

For the amount it cost, it was embarrassingly bad. I can only imagine how its deteriorated.

I'm scratching my brain but I'm sure during the fire pool saga we had pics on MyBB of the shoddy work done

Place was falling apart before it was even complete

Hopefully by selling Nkandla

He couldn't sell that poorly built shytehole for the amount of money he will need to pay, plus he doesn't own the land so it would be difficult to get a bond on the land or sell it. It might have to be transferred to our esteemed and xenophobic knobhead of a Zulu king.
