Vuma sent a mail yesterday advising of "an upcoming network upgrade in your area".

Planned outage:
Start Date: Aug 13th (22:00)
End Date: Aug 14th (04:00)

They're breaking stuff earlier than scheduled.

Don't know if this is just me but when i connect directly to the ont i get a connection but anything from my router connected to the ont has no internet

Same, with multiple email addresses. It's like these guys are not even monitoring their systems for new customers.
