Reserve Bank analyst says Bitcoin transparency is a myth

A public blockchain may show every transaction, but that does not make crypto-market statistics reliable or meaningful.

That is the view of Ayn du Bazane, a senior fintech analyst at the South African Reserve Bank, and chair of the IFWG Crypto Asset Regulatory Working Group.
