Tips to Boost your eBucks - 1 July 2026 to 30 June 2027

I dropped to level 4. It seems to be that I didn't get the points for this below. I have an auto transfer of R 2751 month. I go on the chat and they say I withdrew from my savings pocket. These people are quite stupid.

Savings pockets relates to the second item under this category.

Save and Invest Changed for 2026
Grow your FNB Savings Account(s) by at least R2,750 per month.
Double your points when you grow your FNB Savings by R2,750 every month and have a Scheduled Transfer/Scheduled Payment.

In terms of the 'Grow your FNB Savings Account(s) by at least R2,750 per month' rule I suppose it is applicable collectively to all savings products. If you grow your 32 day account by R2751 but then deduct R2 from your Savings Pocket then you have not met the requirements of that rule.

And with the second rule 'Double your points', achieving the rule requirements of the first rule seems like a pre-requisite.

To err on the side of caution that's how I'm viewing the rules in this category.

App is showing some “Pay day deals” at partner stores but no eBucks discounts?

is it too early or am I too late?

I dropped to level 4. I see that my life insurance for some reason wasn't picked up. Sigh, guess I will have to contact them.

Starting to show up now.
Not the most amazing deals but I guess not every month can be a banger.

Bought the two below at 40% off:

R1499.99 - Philips 5000 Series (7.2L) Connected XXL Airfryer - HD9285/90

R4739.99 - Dyson Black/Green V8 Cyclone Vacuum Cleaner - 226587-01

Probably won't spend anything further for a while, doesn't feel like a need for anything until next year when a larger TV could be on the cards, 65" or 75 ".

that has never ever been the case. And my Savings Pocket only grows by the auto-deposit roundup, which I then withdraw, leaving zero change.

I think there's a distinction between < 8 days notice, and > 8 days notice (at least in PW). They group the savings in those two categories.

Did anyone figure out those booster rules?
Utilise and maintain a balance of R15,000 on your FNB Credit Card budget facility and get rewarded with 1,000 points*. *You will receive a maximum of 1,000 points per month depending on the qualifying criteria met for the Budget Facility Boosters.

Utilise and maintain a balance of between R3,000 and R14,999 on your FNB Credit Card budget facility and get rewarded with 500 points*. *You will receive a maximum of 1,000 points per month depending on the qualifying criteria met for the Budget Facility Boosters.

This should give me 1000 points right (60% device purchased)?
Balance

15,400.71

Available Credit Balance

4,598.00

So it's likely that the balance was under 15k last month but I should have still gotten 500 points?what am i missing?

@bar1 that depends on what you're showing us. Also they don't really explain in detail how the booster rules work.

When did you make the budget purchase? Sounds like you need to have spent over R15k and the amount used needs to not drop below R15k to earn the 1000 pts for the month in question. It depends what they mean by maintain.

For the 500 pts you would have to use R3000 of the budget facility and not let the amount used drop below that.

Would the balance not decrease below the 15K as you pay it monthly?

Was the utilised budget amount above R3k for the entire month?
The wording they use imply it needs to be maintained ie kept above that amount for the whole month in question

Right, ready for Clicks Family Day extra 15% !

Moved my partner to FNB (same account level) and linked her as family. As it turns out she pays 50% of the monthly fee (spousal benefit), so the 15% from Clicks will cover that.
