Thought I'd post here so everyone can avoid being scammed by www.clicknplant.co.za. Essentially don't expect to receive anything after paying, I should have checked Google reviews first but at least my order was small. I see people spent thousands and got nothing, no refund or order fullfilled.

I guess it was evident when ordering:
- Payment via instance EFT, No CC option.
- No auto invoice generation, you get one sent days later.
- Instructions for payment are spread across the invoice and email, but I guess since they don't intend to supply what is ordered that isn't a concern for them.
- No reply to emails etc. on follow up.

They at least putting some effort into the scam with some Instagram posts. But ja - EFT only payment = scam.

Online order to the value of R10,814.69 on 4 May 2026. Website advertises delivery in 2-5 days. Today, 15 weeks after the order, still no delivery. Despite numerous attempts at resolving the matter and a formal letter of demand for a refund after breach of contract, still nothing and no further response. Now pursuing the matter through appropriate legal and consumer channels.

If a site only has EFT payment - it's a scam.

I did get a refund eventually, although I spent less than R400.

I posted scam warnings on all their posts and I guess they realised that R400 was not worth the loss in sales. Unfortunately at R10k you'll need to do a lot more
