You are aware the swift has a 3 Star ANCAP safety rating…. And you know the last two stars are for driver aids and nonsense these days, not actual safety feature right?
 
I mean it really depends on the spec.

Many of these I wouldn't touch the base model, but would be happy with the top of the line spec which then edges it out over others.

they do exactly that, but in such a way that the passenger cell where your feet and hands and head go
isnt affected while the crash energy is directed around you safely.
it gives its life to protect you,

even an old car should do that made in the last 30 or so years.
 
Alot of these are supermini or subcompact sized.
A Q7 is considered midsized

Don’t think it was that one I drove, but they’ve played with the names so much can’t be sure but it was just lacking in a lot of the simple things other options had.

He's actually right. It's the point I was making. This crossover thing is just a sales pitch. I've been unfortunate enough to get some of these as rentals.

The MG Zs Pro is highly underrated.
