No white businesses welcome for state contracts below R20 million

It's like they do this to make sure all municipalities are falling apart. Every reliable plumber, engineer, electrician, builder is overlooked even if they are the only competent options.

Almost every contractor working for ANC municipalities is a fly by night new business without the required experience and expertise or a tenderpreneur comrade.

arent they fat enough, or does emirates cargo allow human passengers to Dubai on a freighter.
 
Small businesses have an implicit contract to pay taxes to government. So this should work both ways. If we're the wrong race for government to do business with us, then to be consistent this should apply across the board, including to tax payments.
