No 2 year warranty and Samsung Pay will not work, though you could flash an SA firmware

That and if you don't flash it with Sa firmware it will only want to update to US firmware, so unless it’s an outrageous deal it’s not worth the pita. Also as far as I recall Samsung South Africa wont honour the warranty like Apple would with an international iPhone.
