The ANC wants to combine the City of Johannesburg, Tshwane and Ekurhuleni into a single “Megatropolis” in South Africa.

Can just imagine the clusterfk that will be created when there is one municipality with 1 team to switch electricty (as is currently in tshwane) or followin the jhb model and now everyone begins paying line fees. It will just force people to either move out of the sinkhole or to go totally self suffiecient.
