The Duo gives me serious ladies clutch purse vibes. And who the hell thought that one round corners on one side and straight corners on the other are a good aesthetic?

Are all Android users as dumb as you?
As far as I know you could buy foldable phones in the US almost from when they launched years ago. Popular US Youtubers like Austin Evans swears by a flip phone from when the first Samsung launched. So why would Americans not know what foldable phones is?
Also an under display camera on an normal phone where its your only option for selfies/video calls etc, is vastly different than an under display camera only on you big screen and where you have options for great selfies/video call on your normal screen and camera and amazing selfies and video calls using the main camera at the back.

I have questions...

1) The Zfold 8 copied Apple by being released a month before Apple announced their phone? Did they invent time travel but didn't announce it yet?
2) Samsung S-pen was released in 2011. Apple released their pen in 2015. How is it a copy?
3) On which metrics do you compare the iPhone Air to the S25 Edge?

Well isnt their whole idea that it does not feel like two phones stuck together?
Also when opened it looks like an ipad/tablet.
I havent seen many ipads/tablets with straight corners.

Well this exact shape for the iPhone duo has been leaked more than a year ago already. As Apple get their screens from Samsung they probably had to ask if this size screens and tech is manageable a long time ago, so Samsung would have know what shape/size they going for.
So if its was Samsung's idea why did they only released that shape now just before Apple's first foldable?

I had the Galaxy Fold 4 and it was a great phone, loved it but i dropped it once on the beach and everything worked great still, just since then always heard the crunch of sand every time i opened the phone. I would love to play with one and see how the hinge feels etc because apple is known for their build quality. The thing specifically that worries me is, that hinge looks super complicated and the more parts to something, the more things can go wrong.

As a dev i am also interested to see how the OS handles apps that are not yet optimized for the fold.

For me how ever, not interested because i have had iPhones and they are not my cup of tea plus i am not a fan of the aspect ratio they have gone with

I dunno, its a weird size for me. I do like how the crease or fold is almost invisible. Would like to have seen something more like a flip phone than this.

Interested to see how the sales do on it.

I think reading another "Apple Watch has saved lives" script would be one too many. Probably the right time for him - his contribution was monumental to its operations. Not sure Apple has the replacement they need though - they need a creative or a visionary type person in that seat, at least in the short term.

Imho, Apple's products are incredible but their best products are all stuck in a rut. Sure, Ill upgrade to the same MacBook Pro with the latest processor when I absolutely need to but there's no excitement - or at least nothing close to the reception of the iPod, iPhone, MacBook Air, Apple Silicon etc.

Came out just a few months earlier and there's not an S26 Edge probably because they're waiting for the Air 2 to launch. Must be a big coincidence perhaps.
