Record high petrol prices or pay higher taxes – Godongwana says you must pick one

All I'm saying is that local distribution networks need upgrading if there is to be an EV/V2G revolution.

No, they MAY need upgrading, and even then I don't think its as big an issue as you seem to think it is. I would doubt that the networks are underprovisioned to below 50% of their "nominal" end user capacity.

is that why the power goes out at 6pm when its cold?

Maybe, maybe not... it depends entirely on the reason your local area goes out at 6pm when its cold.

It could be an equipment issue and temperature handling, it could be an overload of legit connections beyond the provisioned capacity, it could be illegal connections etc etc etc.

Could also be the electricity okes fscking with you specifically cos its funny.

AFAIK homes are limited to around 11/12KVA.

Also what kind of mother oven uses 7KWH? or do you mean 7kw over time? Avg oven element is 2kw and the stove tops are 600W per plate.

Government has run out of money. They lost 197 000 tax payers last year alone.

They ran up R7 trillion of debt in 18 years. This increases by an additional R532 billion they borrowed last year.

At R9 trillion we will face austerity, and yes they can cash in your pension to pay off their debts.

If however the MK or EFF wins, more nationally then only 2.5% needs to move money offshore to let the entire economy implode.

So the crux of it all. The ANC has reached their debt ceiling limit, and now its only time.

Sounds like a lot of conjecture from your end. Why cant solar/V2G feed back higher than 3kW?

Sounds like a lot of conjecture from your end as well.

Ask eThekwini Electricity technically why that limit exists, since they dictated it, not me.
