Yeah been doing it for many years. I do take a knife and just cut some lines in them if the skin is still on to speed things up. I also do unions some time. Usually ready by the time the meat is done, or even sooner.
 
Lekker naweek! Just doing some boeries while we still can. Trying this nitrosurge out. It's better than straight outta the can, but nowhere near as good as the pub.

Unfortunately a part of the boerie took a tumble when taking it off the grid, so ended up with a bit of frankenstein boerie rolls.

Any braai masters able to assist with a valid TV license?
Pretty please i am trying to buy a tv on takealalot but hit a snag that the license I was gonna use is in arrears
