This is part of the problem, because when you go to Stuff.co.nz and over to Youtube, they moan about the referee because that's what they are fed on their television sets.

They are asking why the TMO went back to Roigard being offside.. I mean.

Nobody is ever better than them either. It's "Boks on roids" or "Ref crap" and "game was stolen from us" and "red card in final" etc etc.

For the record, they looked well on their way to be beaten before they got the red card in RWC 2023 and seemed to grow an arm and a leg after that.

I'm sure.

And no doubt we would have been the same if we had lost that WC game.. which was marginal.
Same with the tour, we dominated but it was close.

Just look at the bleating after we lost one game, many were doubting Rassie and ready to braai him on the spit.

If you said it was an exhibition match before the 4th test, at least don't be a hypocrite and now start claiming a 3 - 1 series victory.

I'm still right about it being an exhibition match.

You were obviously one of those who said before Saturday that the boks had not yet won the series i.e. when it was 2 - 1.

Am I right?

That was a great final test. Awesome win.
Thanks to the AB's for the amazing tour and your competative edge. You were great adversaries and you can keep your heads held high. Congrats to the Boks, winning the series. I had my doubts after the 1st test but you manned up, stepped up and played great rugby at times. Mooi so, manne!!!!!

Yip at this level your defence has to be waaaaay better than what Manie's currently is, as an example Krappies is a monster on defence compared to Manie.

It was not an exhibition match, I really don't know where you guys are getting that from, if it was exhibition match then the organizers would have given us the trophy the week prior after that match, and the post-match media conference and interviews would have congratulated us and announced it
It was the decider, the black kants could have drawn the series if they had won.

Other than all the discipline issues the AB have, they lack a proper 10. Rickie was just shít for them, I think PSTD and Eben scared him a bit they really targeted him.

If they get the backline going they still look dangerous.

Will Jordan is really good, almost as good as some of our wings.

This AB side is solid. They should still win pretty much anyone else.

Kinda think they figured Sasha out now. I hope he learns to distribute a bit more and be less selfish now that he can't run around everyone.

Not 100% sure, but I think its his knee.

He was taken out by Blackadder at a ruck, shoulder charge into his knee from the side (there was a scuffle after this). Ref said play on, should have been looked at I believe. Very dangerous.

Blackadder did this about 4 - 5 times to different players at the ruck. From the side, tucked shoulder direct to the knee area.
 
Snek and Werner you guys are missing the bigger pic.... besides my original point this morning, that one should at least be consistent from a few days ago.

It was an exhibition match.... decided not by the players or the coach, but by the higher-ups.

That is where the money is controlled.... not at the player or coach level.

I can think of 23 billion reasons why it was made to be a 4-test series, and that is not even the concerning thing i.e. the control ceded is waaaay more of a concern than money for advancing the sport per se.

What matters is the substance. Substance over form.

The series was won by the boks, 2 - 1, who then went on to win a 4th test (3 in a row).
