interesting, joined the playtest over the weekend and really enjoyed it.. only downside for me was the lag.

I think I'm going to hold off a few days and then unless something changes my mind I'll refund the game. I won't have the time to pour into Wardogs in order to make the most of it, especially with the regular resets they have planned.

The title sequence with that crazy guitar was just so good

Holy hells did the sesters in the Abbey give me a hard time. Between them and the vampire wretches that leap attack you they are the worst normal enemies. Rock throwers I figured out the sidestep shuffle.

Cleared all corrupted gates. Beacon cleansing is just so great. Some of them are such a refreshing change from the usual.

Have discovered the Citadel under the Keep.
After cleansing the 1st beacon there and then getting lost ......same vibes discovering how big that river well is in Elden Ring.

Given the enemies, the Ova collected already, i think i am near the end. There is so much I missed or didn't figure out.
Using Gragu now. Haven't even tried night mode, Smert, Genesta or Tiel. Game is made for NG+

I’ve just cleared Feinweld. All dungeons and corrupted gates.

25 hours in, Level 30 - My axe and dagger is level 12 I think, and the starting gun is level 10. Still haven’t changed weapons or shells

Just started Ruins of Mammon area. The enemies hit a lot harder there, which has honestly reinvigorated me

Agreed on the beacon cleansing - it’s just plain fun.
