Why National Wills Week is more important than you realise

Capital Legacy, South Africa’s leading wills and estates business, with nearly one million clients’ wills drafted, has spearheaded this awareness drive and, recognising that one week a year is insufficient to tackle the enormity of the problem, labelled it ‘Wills Month’.

Take it back to 2013, a simpler time.

Imagine someone also takes 4% of your estate, everything you sacrificed your family time for, and they don't know anything about you and they have never done anything for you or with you... yet they get to take a part of you to increase their wealth without doing anything.

Think twice who you put in charge of your will.

Isn't is still the same:-
Lawyers get their fee upfront and don't give a shyte because they've been paid
Banks get the fee once will is settled.

When my Dad passed it took almost 3 years to get sorted because of lawyers.
When my Mom passed it was a couple of months Std Bank did her's.
