Why National Wills Week is more important than you realise

I came to the conclusion that you must have fokoll on your name when you die.

Isn't is still the same:-
Lawyers get their fee upfront and don't give a shyte because they've been paid
Banks get the fee once will is settled.

When my Dad passed it took almost 3 years to get sorted because of lawyers.
When my Mom passed it was a couple of months Std Bank did her's.
