Even if with few possessions best to have one, for others to get a clear roadmap and not be burdened by extra red tape without one.
 
Getting a will is cheap and sometimes free. It is when you die the agents make a killing from your estate
 
I'm busy with one, just need to finalise the damn thing. Got almost killed a couple of times on this Pietermaritzburg / N3 highway to death.

I've heard a story from a friend who had a family member pass away where the testament were unclear and not up to date, and it turned into years of nightmare to resolve it.
 
Got ours redone a week ago. Really not much effort outside of asking friends if they agree to be executors of the will.
 
You can have a choice leave it to your family or government. Who do you hate more?

fyi videos don't count, if it is not signed by actual witnesses it doesn't count.

Also interesting that anyone can witness it, such as your household servant.. even if you never see them again after a few more years.

law is written by people that doesn't understand the human condition. I personally would have loved to leave a video but in the end of the day, the law like shoveling endless crap. We are told we are protected, we are told we are safe. We are told that our choices matter. In the end the law only protect those that can afford it.

BTW, why not leave a video as well anyway?
