MTN Mobile 5G, as well as the 5G routers, are becoming increasingly frustrating. It takes ages for a WhatsApp picture to download, yet large files download at very good speeds. I suspect the issue is probably high latency.

After years of being loyal MTN customers, they’re going to lose me, along with many friends and family members, this Black Friday.

You forgot the R100 off is only valid for a few months until they increase the month cost of that contract anyway.

Your staff are of the worst to deal with especially when they/you are at fault.

Cancelling a contract at the end of the two-year period, i.e. not renewing it was almost as bad as trying to cancel a contract with Telkom back in the day, I say almost because it only took them 6 months to stop charging me after the cancellation.
