If by “dry bathing” you mean not using water/soap and cleaning the body with a dry cloth or powder, the main potential side effects are:

Dry or irritated skin from rubbing, especially with a rough cloth.
Skin buildup/odor because sweat, oils, bacteria and dead skin aren't removed as effectively as with washing.
Folliculitis or blocked pores in areas that sweat heavily.
Increased risk of skin infections if the practice involves prolonged periods without cleaning, particularly around the groin, armpits and feet.
Worsening eczema or sensitive skin if powders, fragrances or vigorous rubbing are used.
Respiratory irritation if large amounts of talcum/cosmetic powder are inhaled.

An estimated 45,2% of households had access to piped water in their dwellings in 2023.A further 29,8% accessed water on-site while 9,7% relied on communal taps and 2,3% relied on neighbours' taps. His total addressable market is 3.3% of households at most, and like those ones are getting it from a river, well or spring, which is perfectly fine to use to bath in.

Again, we know it’s you but besides your point being irrelevant, I’m sure you can also apply your mind to situations where you might not have access to water.

You should also address the multiple other companies that have developed waterless cleansing solutions.

The only waterless cleaning stuff is hand cleaner, and it is inferior to soap for actual disinfecting.
