DSTV Streaming Mess

I have a Hisense 65 7Q7 Smart TV.
60Mbps line
Wifi Distribution via TP Link Deco System next to the TV.
Between the FIFA World Cup & the Rugby's Greatest Rivalry Tour my Hisense TV had a software update.
Since then the live sport, especially rugby coverage has been shocking via the DSTV Stream App on my TV.
The flashing crosses has also been more visible during rugby matches, not with football, etc.
I'm led to believe that the DSTV App requires an update to "work with" the Hisense update, but I'm not holding my breath on this one as I'm of the opinion that Canal+ would view this as a grudge / unnecessary expense.

I'm streaming 4k Netflix & Apple TV without issues, but struggle with non-4K DSTV.

Do anyone else have the same issues?

I won't hold my breath for a fix, I assume you've done the usual "log out, Clean cache or clear data, reinstall app etc..."
I'm not sure if those are relevant, I have an old Mibox.

I usually have issue after an update, either from the app or the OS and would do the above to rectify it.

To save yourself, rather invest in a certified Android/Google or Apple box and continue living your peaceful life.

The best decision I made was to buy a Mibox.
