Dear Afrihost , you suck donkey balls !

Not even had the fibre connection 2 weeks and it has been more down than up. Actually down does not describe it and up might require some real effort from you.

Massive latency, little to no International throughput, inability to traverse POP and SMTP traffic over your network ..... not even Netflix is working.

Locally cached "International" sites don't qualify and Speedtest.net does not prove sh*t, as it only test traffic to the cal node and even that is only at 50-60% for "local" traffic.

Seriously I have done enough Trace Route and Ping tests with screenshots to publish a picture book.

What is it going to take for you to take any real action ?

Can you drop the mtu on your router to 1420.

Supersonic/MTN has a known mtu issue on L2.

Hi.
I'm really sorry for the ongoing issues and the frustration this has caused, especially with the service being so new. I understand you've already spent a considerable amount of time running tests and providing information, and I apologize that the issue still hasn't been resolved.

Next, could you please set the MTU on your router to 1420 and test the connection again?

Please also share your Afrihost profile details so I can review the service on my side and investigate further.
