There was also some intense thunder at some stage in the night (didn't roll over to look at the time). It was strong enough to shock a non-functioning street light back into action. At least the waterproofing that was done a week ago got a good test.

Storm in Centurion tripped our power twice. Took out our alarm system. Still seeing if anything else is damaged. It is pouring again. It stormed most of the night and rained all morning. We had hail but not like in PTA East

Mine went like that the previous big storm at the beginning of the month, I only got it right on Sunday :-(
