Australian cricket tour of South Africa September/October 2026

[Neoprod]

And then

Huh? It'll be 1-1.

[sand_man]

Head dropped twice in as many overs. Proteas won’t win this match.

[Goosfrabba]

Thank you Markram. That drop didn't cost too much

[SlowInternet]

Going to be a tough task for Australia now

[SlowInternet]

We should win this game now. Aus 203/4

[Neoprod]

That ball from Markram though...too good for these tailenders

[stefan9]

Aus looking all at sea vs spin again.

[SlowInternet]

Another one for SA in the bag

[sand_man]

We have the wood on them in cricket, they have it on us in rugby…

[cavedog]

I needed a pick me up. Thanks Proteas. Well played.

[stefan9]

Series clinched. Well done boys.

[Mike7]

We really own these guys in ODI's

Copied from reddit...

SA v AUS in ODIs since 2016

SA 20 - 6 AUS

SA have won 6 consecutive ODI series (2016, 2018, 2020, 2023, 2025, 2016)

SA won the League matches of 2019 and 2023 World Cup

But AUS won the all important Semi Final of 2023 World Cup

[Werner1975]

Well done Proteas!

[stefan9]

Test squad for first test:

Marques Ackerman gets a deserved callup. Gerald coetzee, Dane Patterson and anrich nortje (!!) return.

Kg in the squad but no word if he will be fit enough to play.

3 spinners picked so they expect durban to spin.

Not Coetzee... don't really rate him, Bosch or Tony.

[sand_man]

Doubt we will get a game tomorrow in Potch.

[sand_man]

Anyone near Potch with a weather update?

If Joburg is anything to go by, we won't have a ball bowled...

[stefan9]

Toss is delayed but rain has apparently stopped. I am unsure on the grounds drainage.

[stefan9]

Game apparently starting at 14:00

[stefan9]

SA won toss and will bowl
