One of our devices experienced an issue at 12:40,
MTN Fibre and TT-Connect would have been affected.
Services should be restoring sinec 13:16pm

As previously mentioned we've setup a free VPN servers for Cool Ideas customers to connect directly to the UK or Madrid, should there be a need to avoid local peering arrangements and avoid increased LAG/Ping, such as can happen with gameservers hosted on AWS, or Google cloud.

The servers have our best path to the UK and Madrid, with the lowest latency. From there, it's up to your gaming provider....

Username test/test, PPTP or L2TP.
London = ukvpn.cisp.co.za, best path to London from JHB or CPT.
Madrid/JHB = madvpn.cisp.co.za, Johannesburg-Lisbon (via Paratus)

Apologies. Yes ukvpn.cisp.co.za should have worked as well, not sure why it's not at the moment. But q2.cisp.co.za was our 2nd VPN we launched a while back. I will ask @TheRoDent to update the post when able to

Any issues with routing to the UK/EU side or on Azure's side? Download/upload speeds are horrible. My VPN to the UK also keeps dropping (not the CISP one, company one). Have a few people across different ISPs/FNOs with the same issue.

Hi, we peer with MS locally, so All MS services will use MS transit. So not something we have visibility of unfortunately.

You can try an international VPN of ours to try and bypass.
