After updating check your apps updates ..Google Play ... i had to update about 20 apps .
Also check Samsung "Galaxy store " I had to update about 30 apps see screenshot of some of the apps
I also had to update Google Play Services

Nah, this is stupid. Thanks Samsung for another completely useless theme update. Probably going to have to reset the phone.
