What book are you reading at the moment ?

Lol wtf, no not at the same time. I listen to the book in the car and that and then read it in bed. I usually try get to the end of a chapter either way so it's easier to track.

Yeah that’s what I meant, not literally at the same time but in sequence.

One of my favourite bands. About half-way through. Very well written, very interesting musically, though the astrology bits are a bit over my head!

I'm wanting to try this series, but from my brief research there are something like 19 books, and they are all kinda rinse and repeat?

The books do get a bit tedious once in a while, would then listen to something else for a bit and get back into them. Finished book 15 while doing a lot of driving for work this week, the series should have stopped there. Will give Expeditionary Force a break for now, maybe time to listen to The Martian by Andy Weir.

Must say it’s the first time an audiobook has worked for me, it fits the format well.

Still would only listen to it when stuck in the car.

Don’t think I could stand reading it.

So while listening to the audio book the other day I was thinking this would be really easy to chuck into higgsfield AI and generate a series... lo and behold that exact thing popped up in my instagram feed this morning @peachprojectai

Got about half way into book three of The Wheel of Time. I just couldn't push any further. Using lack of communication as a plot device just irked the hell out of me.

On to Matthew Stover, Heroes Die.

Finished the Storm light saga five book series, first two books are epic, third book is good and the last two were a suffer fest. I really battle with Sanderson Mistborn had a great ending but the build up was meh.

In between book 4 and 5 I took a break and read Jade City, really good but I am not really into Eastern Fantasy so if you are into that you will love the book. I will finish the series but only after....

Empire of the Vampire, finished book 1 and half way through book 2. So far it has been absolutely brilliant and really took me by surprise. If you like anything vampire orientated (blade, interview with the vampire, dusk to dawn, etc) you will love this. Great back story, main story, character development and a 3rd story which links everything in a clever way. Has a dark, gritty tone set in older times with minimal technology and you will just love/hate Gabriel.

I'm only about 10 chapters in, but enjoying the pace and world building.
