SA weather app I've been working on — feedback welcome

I have not seen a link the Android version of this app. or maybe a full description of the app name to search.

Just tried this on my Android, looks great I will definatly support your development.

Some bugs :
On the android version, the 48-hour rain and temp is actually only 12 hours by the looks of it.
On the tiles under Hourly Forecast, I see UV Index twice.
Also don't see the Solar Forecast, is that only on the Apple version ?

I'd like to take the lifetime model, but it doesn't show only see monthly or annual as options.

Thanks for the feedback, really appreciate it.

You are right, those tiles appear twice, I will fix it. For solar forecast to show you have to set it up on the settings page, it should be at the bottom. I will make the solar forecast tile show on the main screen witha message "Tap to set up".

For the 48-hour rain and temp you can swipe to scroll it horizontally. Let me know if it doesn't work for you.
Will look into the lifetime model issue.

Thank you, found the Solar Settings have added it.

I see the 48 hour one I can scroll horizantally thank you for pointing that out, I wasn't expecting that as the one above doesn't do that.

The 14 day is a long list, can you not make that a graph as well candle type, that if clicked then shows the 14 day list.

Agreed. If i find a app useful i will gladly buy it, but the subscription model makes me scroll past.

With my consumer-facing hat on I agree. With a dev-facing hat on it's not that simple. Infrastructure and provider costs are recurring. Lifetime purchases can work at scale but in the beginning it's very difficult to recover your costs through that model.

I'd happily pay a monthly sub if the perceived value is attractive enough, it gives me some time to assess whether to commit to an annual/lifetime sub. Think of it as a paid trial...

Have had a little play and generally seems good. Will play a bit more over the next few days.

Might be a very random "feature" request, but its something I found myself using on the yr.no app quite often. The widget has the time on it, and if I tap that value it takes me to my alarms.

Thats an easy one to add. I can add a clock and weather widget, but this will only work on Android. Apples permissions wont allow me to jump to the Clock app's alarms.

Ok, check the latest Android version, theere is a new widget for exactly what you want.

The app looks great and similar to Weawow.

Only thing I couldn't find is selecting the weather provider unless it is part of the paid version.
