Same behaviour with all the crooks in the ANC, EFF and MK. It's not some kind of breaking news that people are biased. To everyone else it's obvious that this shouldn't have gotten to court in the first place if the IEC was on the ball...

There's something much more subtle at play here where higher level courts start overturning lower level court decisions. Of late South Africa has built up quite a bit of history here.

This begs a question, why are our laws so complex, why do courts get it wrong, how can ordinary plebs like us get it right when then courts battle?

This is not a great platform for building public trust.
