What game are you playing now? (Part 2)

Finished the Dragon's Dogma Dark Arisen DLC quests the weekend. Finished 9 our of 12 Lost Rite dungeons too.

I don't know if I want to do the last 3. They are in Unmoored World and I don't want to go there again yet. Pawn is missing 1 badge that is obtained from them but so be it.

Now I'm just going to farm for relic gear I want until Phantom Blade Zero is out.

DLC brought a very nice endgame-loop that is very enjoyable and brings back memories of the good old Bitterblack Isle days.

I'll keep it installed for a while.

Finished Castlevania Belmont's curse over the weekend. (On Switch)

Feels like Old school Castlevania with tight controls and great puzzles. Story is lacking but overall it was a fun "Metroidvania" better than Evil Empire's, Rogue Prince of Persia.

8/10 would recommend if you into "Vania's"

About 70 hours into Fire Emblem Fortunes Weave and still not even half way through. Definitely value for the money.

Not a chance I will finish it before OoT. Great game though

Fininshed Cat Quest 2, my first platinum trophy :)

Going to try out bloodborne_pc

AOE II DE, freaking 4th mission of Attila the Hun. Xcom - Enemy within on classic difficulty, Civ 6, Crysis 2.

90FPS, 4K

Also awesome that Dual Sense audio output works in Windows (which I guess it’s kind of obvious, the controller is just a USB/Bluetooth output device)

After years of looking for a realistic City Builder with proper logistics and trade I finally found it

I was always interested in Workers & Resources: Soviet republic, but it always looked so jank on the outside
Little did I know it was exactly what I was looking for

I've been playing realistic mode for about 3 hours and only finished building a apartment block and a pub, but damn is it great

It is a good game, and the devs, well, they update it regularly. I like that there are now many management simulation games; it is a genre that has long been in a drought, and now it is everywhere and mostly good. The new Transport Fever is also a remarkable improvement over its predecessor.

I've got Transport Fever 2, but so far have not read good things about 3
It was on mixed, but see it's on mostly positive now

They really need to introduce multiplayer

Need something to replace multiplayer OpenTTD

The criticism is mostly due to modding. It does have mod integration, but it doesn't like to be mod bloated. The devs will resolve that in time.

I doubt you will see multiplayer in a game like TF. OpenTTD doesn't come close to Simutrans IMHO, and Simutrans does have multiplayer.

This is the best managment builder game at the moment,

still in early access, and yes, that got downvoted due to paid DLC being added during early access. There is a co-op mod, CoopFoundry.

Finished Modern Warfare 2019 again but this time on PS5. Fantastic game.

Started MW2 2022 and it looks, worse? Weird since this one is native PS5 unlike 2019.

Finished MW2, MW3 and MW4. Wow. The new game is the best of the remake era. Just excellent on all fronts.

Got one more first person shooter lined up, Halo Campaign Evolved.

After that I will probably have time for one more game before GTA VI, so I’ll probably pick something with a 30fps mode to get used to it again. Maybe Oblivion Remastered or the Blood of Dawnwalker.

I would certainly hope that the twenty third Call of Duty would be excellent😱

My current selection on rotation. I need to find my Far Cry 5 saves.

Over 60hrs played so far in Dragons Dogma 2 (hard mode). Been mainly just exploring the top half of the map while leveling up different vocations. Finally settled on a setup I'll use for a while.

Warfarer so that I can use skills from all vocations. Then:

- Augural Flare (sorcerer) + Sagittate Avalanche (magick archer). Augural Flare just for boss killing. Sagittate Avalanche is good against everything.
- Ricochet Hunter (magick archer). This clears entire caves. Too good to not use, even if only ever using in caves.
- Mirour Shelde (mystic spearhand). Defensive bubble for the whole party. Lasts long so usually just cast once at the start of battle.
- Rearmament (warfarer). To swap weapons
- Last slot varies but I like using Candescent Orb from magick archer. It sticks to targets and lasts long so it also ticks Augural Flare. Also deletes smaller packs we fight often like goblins/wolves.

Also have to use a sorcerer/mage staff so that I can levitate. Lots of items are hard/impossible to reach when exploring without it. So if warfarer didn't exist I'd just play sorcerer.

Mage is better than Sorc since the DLC. Unless you are on PC and use casting speed mods.

Machine gun mage.

And yeah I never leave home without Ricochet Hunter.

Blazefang Arrow is also essential.
