Three dead! Durban dad unleashes gunfire on alleged hijackers in chilling dashcam footage

So, not to be a Nancy but if one puts the GPS in, this actually happened on the South Coast near Oribi/Port Shep.

But good outcome, regardless of local.

I've seen it claimed on social media to be everywhere from Pinelands (Cape Town) to Hartbeespoort. 😂

ok, is this even current news ?

yeah I mean, what's the point of scaremongering a area but even the local papers picked it up with alegedly vs a reporter spending 10 secs checking the gps.

I think people just post it into local social media groups, and then other people on those groups assume it happened locally and spread it as such.

Yes, they'd just get bigger guns. In the same way as cars being more difficult to steal led to hijackings, and banks being tougher to raid led to CIT heists.

And a lot of people aren't competent to own guns anyway.
Make bigger guns legal. Remember, they dont practice at the shooting range.

Yeah, now everyone, competent or otherwise, is lugging around R4s and having 7.62 belt fed Brownings strapped to the roof of their cars, and we'll all be safer? No ways. The road rage incidents would be epic though!

Anyway, I've already had one discussion around this subject this week and I really don't have the energy for another one. 😥🙈🙈
