Any news on the rollout in Cape Town? More ISP's beside Afrihost?

After our last netops meeting Vumatel cant roll out per region, they can only roll out all at once. Which is obviously a risk for impact of services.

What does this practically mean. Can we expect ipv6 in a year?

AWS and other providers starting to charge for Ipv4 addresses makes me itchy to have ipv6 available.

That's not confirmed but the test user we are doing is "semi static" as with all active E and is a /56

Its a few specific lines to POC, then it will be blanket deployed nationwide.

Hi @ All please note the rollout has been deferred until further notice, it appears there is some more more work needed from Vuma's side before we can implement. No new date has been set as yet.
