Absolutely. Not like there isn't plenty of time to shoot them in the front a few times, then plant a knife in the hand if necessary before the police arrive in +-4 hrs from the incident - if they do eventually arrive.

You can, however it's very complicated and it's a long process, furthermore the associations guide and "restrict" your "theme" of your personal collection, and affordability would be another hurdle for almost everyone, you are talking about six figure amounts.

I would personally not carry a "full auto" (select fire) for SD., even if I could.
