Grand Theft Auto 6

I'm all for "realism" in open world games. And I love the longer days. It was revealed in the leaks already that a full day/night cycle will last about 144 minutes (compared to about 48 minutes in GTAV) and I love it. Always want longer days not only in GTA but in most games.

But I play my games very slowly, I get immersed in the world and I role-play. I take my time in GTA and I never rush things, so all of those things sound perfect to me.

Also, raising cash for a new job or mission to progress the story isn't a new thing in GTAVI. And it's not as if you'll do nothing. You'll simply do side missions etc in the meantime like in every GTA.

So hyped, just 3 more weeks!

And a little jelly that the Xbox boys can change location to New Zealand and play at 2pm on the 18th though XD

That would not work. I bet the store is tied to your card and would need to all match up.

Agreed. I made the mistake of rushing RDR2 a little and regret it. I won’t be doing that in GTA.

it is tied to card and account location, for PlayStation.

It’s a well known thing on Xbox though, you just change location on console. They’ve tested it already and the time countdown changes when changing to NZ so they know it works.

Unless Rockstar shifts away from a midnight local launch to a global launch but I suspect they’d rather prioritise server stability with a staggered launch.

RDR2 is an slow game to begin with but I took it extra slow lol. Never rushed, never fast-traveled, explored every inch of the map and just lost myself in the world and soaked in the atmosphere. Best way to play a game.

Still convinced the South America creators made a tv show for the in-game tv in the game. :)

Oh interesting. I’d thought it would be the same as Sony. TIL.

It’s a slow game. I missed a lot of the side missions and stuck to main story. I wish I’d done more side quests. Like finish the one with the playing cards. Either way it remains one of the best games I’ve ever played.
