Looks like a bit of an own goal for Afriforum and Ernst. They were the ones clamouring for US to sanction SA, and now I would imagine many of their constituents in the agricultural sector in particular will take a knock.

Not very well played.

Even though this is huge blow to companies and people that do not deserve it I'm glad it has happened 2days before elections.

Hopefully another % down for the ANC.
It might actually have the opposite effect to what you are hoping for, especially if the DA open their mouths and try to blame the ANC for it, but to their credit, they seem to have learnt that fighting for the right wing cause is not to their benefit.

Who did you blame the last time we had sanctions?

We heard all about how all their running around would only affect ANC types. So a definite miscalculation.

Last time around just about the whole world was against the SA government, this time it's just the orange felon and the Ketamine kid.

I'm sure you can see the difference.

I guess the rest of the world still needs to catch up to the orange felon and ketamine kid. Last time it took the usa 20 years to catch up to the rest of the world.
