Well yeah, as the world's largest economy other countries want to trade with them. Trump also won't be around forever and normality will probably return.

Trump has messed with all their major trading partners, who would obviously need to hedge the risk against the current volatility. There's an extremely short list of countries that his presidency has actually benefitted.

Have to try set the narrative that this isn't because we're being punished effectively.

The loss of AGOA access is a set back yes and will cost jobs in the short term, but I ultimately think it will be a good thing for us, will force us to find new markets, and when the orange toddler leaves things may return to some level of sanity and we could get some of the lost AGOA market back (albeit maybe not at such preferential rates)

7-D chess to declare this just before LGE. Once FF+ & DA get majority in most provinces, AGOA will be back on table. You underestimated European blood of Afriforum, dude. Admit it.
