Yeah well. You can just about buy ALL the irrigated farmland in SA for the cost of one Medupi OR Kusile power station. And arable land for about the cost of the other. And obviously, if they started in 94 with a tiny little yearly levy through SARS, then they could have covered that easily. Better yet, because that same land used to be much cheaper.
That's how you know the ANC is a smoke and mirrors show, and all the lip service is just a front to hide their lust for power and control. Not an altruistic bone in that entire racket. In reality they want "problems" to persist. So that they can keep up the show. Because it's their stock in trade. Their bread and butter.
Because they sure as **** could have altered the ownership of land in SA into just about any state they want, amicably, and with very little effort, and without anything fancy or special. Just good old practical, workable, respectable solutions.

Sick and tired of them harping on about being a moral authority. Really just a bunch of thugs. The sad reality is that a crime syndicate like them couldn't even be trusted to manage a scheme like that without disappearing almost all of the revenue collected for it into their own pockets.
