well then, very similar experience just up the road, slow start at Blouberg Ridge Primary, scanners acting up

in the queue around 6:35, done around 8:10, irritating bit being they split the queue in two by alphabetical order of your surname and the one went way faster than the other, people kept asking "why?" and the volunteers repeated a few times that's because the one queue was "longer" ...

idiots, who do you think you are fooling?!? when I am the same distance from the door as the guy opposite me in the other queue then the queues are more or less the SAME LENGTH, when he gets to vote 30min before me it means my queue is slower, period.
 
Wanted to go at 7:45 (walk; Midrand HHPS), but neighbours told me as I got to the complex gate, that the queue is up the hill to the mosque (last time that happened it was a 2 hour wait). Took a shower and went for a drive around the area to see the station (queue had decreased to the last set of complexes) and go to Dischem to get repeats.
I think I'll try change my voting station to the high school (about 200m more to walk) for the next vote (seemed like a very short queue).

Went around 9:30 (walk) and was done in an hour. Person next to me in the queue is also an KZN ex-pat.
