No, she did not maintain the streetlights (bulbs fail you know), Potholes form due to rain and traffic. She did not fill those that appeared, Her bedfellows, the ANC, failed to maintain the water reticulation system for 25 years. She cut overtime in an attempt to reduce the city's high salary bill, which she caused in the first place, and in the process, no power failures were attended to after 10 at night. That lady and her friends messed up a lot of things in Pretoria and the surrounding towns and cities falling under Tshwane

If only Mashaba had not turned out to be such an egotistical knob, I think ActionSA would be a really attractive proposition for many more voters across the racial/tribal/political spectrum.

Yup, streetlights not being attended to. not fixing potholes. water tanker misuse. power by cutting personnel/freezing overtime.
Impressive for all the wrong reasons but hey go look on social media you will see her in many photos.

And notably hold a yearend party for the upper crust and telling media it is sponsored.

Quite an honesty from you that you had PERFECTLY FUNCTIONAL CITY in 7 years of DA rule and she broke it in under 1 year.

Some of us go to Pretoria often, you know. Not everyone stays in CT..

The ANC is pretty dead in the water in KZN. They won two municipalities in the southern part of KZN where they speak Xhosa. Even then, only one of them is a majority...

Problem is the IFP has very very low representation in the city. I think I saw their mayoral candidate once and personally if its who I thought, I wouldn't mind.

Problem is there is a lot of corruption and under the service shenanigans that go on. There was a hit on the N2 they other day, not sure who involved but there have been a few public killings in the city.
