I need some advise.....
I bought a Bakkie from a sheriff auction in midrand and all was supplied is a letter from the sherif to state that I bought that vehicle from they auction.No registration papers was supplied.The sherif said that is all that I need.How would I be able to transfer the vehicle on my name with only the sheriff papers stating that the vehicle was bought at their auction
