403 errors from lots of sites

Teracopy on Win7
I've always used Teracopy on XP and love it. I've installed it on Win7 and have a problem when I try and copy files to my USB drive - keep getting access denied I think its got to do with when I normally right click a file and send to my USB drive I get the admin security window thing...
