Why don't ISPs cover the installation fee for Vumatel, but they'll cover the cost for Openserve and Octotel? Afrihost will cover the installation cost of R1725.00 for Octotel but not the R1725.00 for Vumatel. Afrihost is not the only ISP that will not cover VUMAs cost. WebAfrica and Cellc...- pietersmi77
