Hiren's BootCD FTW!
After spending a few hours trying to do things the legal way, I just gave up and tried Hiren's BootCD. I should have done that first. Was just trying a simple BIOS upgrade. Online update does not work with Windows 64 bit. Couldn't find a stiffy disk or drive that worked. Making USB Boot... -
