cannot access app store

    Cannot Access App Store on iPhone 4 - iphone.vodacom.za

    I'm having trouble accessing the App Store on my iPhone 4. My apn settings are set to iphone.vodacom.za. I read somewhere that I have to call Vodacom to get it provisioned, is this true? Tried calling them 3 times, waited for about 30 minutes until I hung up the first 2 times, and I got hung up...
