I had my contract upgraded in April 2017 and in November Vodacom took 30Gb of my data without warning and now they tell me it was a system error, but I called in April for the upgrade which was recorded... I thought that recording would be my "contract" seeing as I haven't...
Just though I should post my experiences here / warn other people of Afrihost's sly tactics when their IP Accounting information is bad.
On Friday night at +- 11PM I started a download to use the last bit of free bandwidth I had left and stopped the download at 11:58PM (also shut down the PC)...
