    snowy picture on dstv

    so my dstv decoder crashed on sat, (iirc error 8114), so i took to MC in randburg and decided to rather get a new decorder, so now i have a small dsd1131 (which actually looks crap) but after plugging in, i now have a snowy dstv picture. i changed the uhf setting etc, even fined tuned but...
