DSTV xtraview installation issue

I bought a new Xplora (main) and HD decoder (secondary for xtraview) I have had 2 installation teams to try and install the HD decoder as a secondary decoder in my granny flat with no success. Observations: - On myDSTV app both decoders are shown as main decoders. Is this correct or should the...
