WebAfrica not able to do refunds

I had a reseller account which I pay annually. On 31/01/2010 I requested cancellation as I don't need it anymore. It renews on 1/2/2010. After my request WA still deducted the amount from my account. (I don't have a problem with this as I understand that payments gets processed ahead of time)...
