    A Ghost terminated my Frogfoot line (Yet Again!!)

    Seems like a ghost terminated my one @Frogfoot Fibre line. Being stonewalled from all sides. @Frogfoot Fibre does FF have a PAIA Manual, in terms of Section 51 of the Promotion of Access to Information Act, 2000 (Act No. 2 of 2000)?

    ISP's using hidden cacheing devices but DENY they exist.

    I am now on my second Wireless ISP in a year. The first started giving major problems with various things becoming very slow and I proved they were cacheing on their network but when questioned they denied it.     I remember there was a way to check if there was another connection on your ADSL account, if I remember right ISPs and others called it a ghost. Though I can't remember where to check if it's happening, all I remember is that it could be checked somewhere on the IS website. Would someone...
