    cell-c free sims

    so i go to checkers yesterday and at the checkout, this lady gives me a gospel prepaid sim for free. i asked her what the story with rica is and she tells me that it's not for rica, it's for cell-c. so clearly that convo wasn't going anywhere... i thought you had to do rica on all new sims...
