    Grassy Park 10Mbps Enabled..... so when do we get 10Mbps speed?

    Hi Grassy Park Exchange which is located in Wynberg.... http://www.broadbandstats.co.za/exchange/WGYK has been 10Mbps enabled since Jul 2011 I think. I've called Telkom continously asking can they upgrade my line but all I get is a no 4mbps is the highest we can set your line at...
